A rare Sunday post

29 Responses

  1. Oh marvellous – I actually came here especially to look for a rare Sunday post, and voila! (Although now I actually feel like a rare Sunday ROAST, but never mind).

  2. Is that for real?? If I wasn’t laughing so hard I’d almost feel like there was no hope for mankind.

  3. If only there was something for gamblers anonymous. America the beautiful, God shed His grace on thee! Beau looks a lot like my Kissa who just stuck her claw into my thumb and wouldn’t let go. I have pain!

  4. America’s future indeed. What a crap shoot!

  5. Melissa – Har har! That’s pretty good. Rare Sunday Roast.

Joy – I don’t know if it’s genuine or not (I found it), but I know that I didn’t photoshop it.

  6. Funny. Did you find it in person or did you find it online?

  7. I love it. And I have no problem believing that it’s real. We do luv us some 12-step programs. Can’t have too many.

kinda’ curious about Fridays though. They just watch?

  8. LOL, I have to wonder if that’s for real?

Our church does offer a ton of support groups…let’s see, AA, divorce support groups, dieting groups, teen youth groups, community outreach programs, so, yeah, that could be our church! Early service is indeed at 9am 😉

  9. the saturday soup kitchen was serving dingo. hee hee

  10. Yup…it’s a sad state of affairs.

  11. Perfect, sir, just perfect.

  12. Oh, jeez. That pretty much sums it all up, doesn’t it?

  13. I dunno. At least it’s something to do especially if you’ve got a touch of cabin fever. Is there a meeting for shut-ins like me? I didn’t see it listed. Maybe it’s right after the spouse abuse one. Or the AA. Or right before the soup kitchen. That would be handy on a cold winter night.

  14. gosh, one day for each member of my family.

  15. I just watched this movie called Sordid Lives. It fits perfectly with the above!!

  16. That was just so joyous to read. I guess people with problems are only allowed to have them during the week, and Sunday is reserved for celebrating the upcoming elections and what more trouble George Bush can create before he exits office.

  17. Good one, WT! Danny got a kick out of it, too.

  18. If by chance that picture involves your Photoshop skills I must say I will bow down before you – Master of all Wit.

  19. Oh..the irony eh?

  20. I always love your Sunday editions. I am guessing that somewhere at some church in America, we might actually find your sign.

  21. Seriously? Not photoshopped?? Gotta be photoshopped…

  22. Good one. And in America, too. Heh.

  23. Dreadful

  24. Well, I guess we can look at it this way….that is one active, concerned and supportive church with a pastor(priest)who recognizes the need to ‘cheer’ the congregation up after a downer of a week!

  25. I think I used to go to that church? hahahahaa.

    Thanks for the smiles.

    Mal 🙂

  26. You always get it right, WT…

  27. LMAO! Worthy of a rare Sunday post!!

  28. love it. a very enidd post that one, if enidd may say so without insulting you.

  29. I snickered

    I laughed

    I cried..

    in no particlar order
